The Men of The Shah: Sassanid Reskin
Accounts of the Sassanids often describe how lavishly they dressed, which is not emphasized enough in vanilla so I made this mod. I did my best to make the units look good and authentic. I avoided using the Sassanid faction colors as much as possible because it looks bad with everything. I considered changing the faction colors but decided not to because their faction colors goes well with the Shah’s robes.
Changes:
– Added a lot of variety to most units.
– Added new Standard bearer variants.
– Reskinned all Sassanid successor leaders.
– Improved the looks of all Eastern general tiers.
– Added more variety to horse armors for most units.
– Changed hair color from black to brown. I know that not all Persians have brown hair color but I did it anyway, mainly to differentiate them from Arabic factions since people tend to mix things up when it comes Arabs and Persians.
