Update:
I have adjusted height, movement speed and rotation speed so it fits better.
This cam mod work with patch 20.
You only need to go into options->controls and uncheck the 3 boxes that say "increase maximum distance", "decrease minimum distance" and "increase maximum distance"
I guess you only need to uncheck the battle ones, but if these are checked the new max height does not work.
