New leaders + much more
An adaptation for Age of History 3 of my previous Age of History 2 mod "New Leaders + New Scenario", this seeks to fill almost all leaders within all scenarios currently available on Age of History 3, aditionally it adds a brand new scenario (Modern World 2)

**NEW CONTENT**
– 291 new leaders for the 2025 Modern World and Modern World scenarios.
– 6 new forms of government.
– 13 new civilizations.
– 34 flags either fixed or added for countries.
– NEW SCENARIO (Modern World 2025), which not only includes more accurate borders of countries, but adds civil war or conflict scenarios such as Sudan, Yemen, Libya, Syria and Myanmar.
**FUTURE PLANS**
– Fill as much leaders as possible in every Age of History 3 default scenario.
– Add more scenarios to the game.
– Add new music to the game.
– Add some alternative leaders.
**CLARIFICATIONS**
– Instead of having as rulers the head of state only, we instead include the most relevant figure according to their system of government (Presidential/Semi-Presidential/Monarchy/Semi-Monarchy have the head of state, Parliamentary/Constitutional Monarchy have the head of government, Communist or Dictatorships only have the most important figure which is usually the head of a party, in systems with more than one powerful figure the ruler is the "president" or most important member of the system, such as Switzerland and Bosnia, governments other than this ones will have as ruler just the most powerful figure).
– Governments in default scenarios will not be modified, this will lead to some lesser known figures appearing as leaders due to the system of government put by default.
– As the mod is updated, some previously visible rulers may no longer be visible as they have been put in an accurate timeline which may differ from the intend of filling.
