Classic MOO Races
A race mod in attempt to capture the flair of the Original Master of Orion series.

Below are the changes that were made:
Basically the mod plays off the strength of each race, enhancing their base attributes. I added reduced population growth to both the Silicoids, because historically they have always been that way. I did so as well to the Melkar, as they could expand way too quickly because the way cybernetic behaved was not in line with previous MOOs.
Alkari never had a beam offense trait so I removed that and gave them quicker build time for ships (to enhance their small ship design philosophy).
Mrrshan have now been given a ship offense trait. They have a command point boost as well (historically they had one in MOO2). To compensate for a lack of a "true" Warlord trait in MOO (there is no experience system in this MOO), I gave them a reduced ship build time instead. I removed all of the Mrrshan’s ground attack traits as that is the realm of the Bulrathi. In MOO2 they had a rich homeland so they were granted that. I changed their science from Engineering to Biology due to their Arid starting home world and lack of the ability to produce extra food early on (like the Klackon can) on their home world.
Currently the latest patch has really nerfed the Bulrathi’s High-G "bonus", turning into a drawback. I’ll see if I can change how the gravity system works, if I’ll give Bulrathi (at the very least) Enhanced Training for their Barracks so they can produce more Marines and be a more formable foe.
Sakkra have had the repulsive trait removed, as they never had it in any previous MOOs.
