Planets of all size have their max population increased by 4.
It’s a subtle change that makes the growth phase of the game last a bit longer, allows taller empire building, while not breaking anything. Makes pollution more of a potential issue as well. Nothing else is changed, pollution buildings stay the same, so be careful with your heavily populated worlds.
Compatible and recommended with UCP and 5X Mod. Compatible with Massive Planets too. Load this mod after all the others.
