This little mod only does two things.
1. It changes the Colony Base so that you can build it on any colony once you’ve researched it. 5x makes this change, and this mod simply reinforces it. If you do not use 5x, this will make the Colony Base available in your build cues of planets colonized before you get the tech.
2. All Colony Bases now clean up 2500 pollution. Effectively, every world that has a colony base will never pollute.
This mod requires nothing. If you use the Unofficial Code Patch, this will work. If you don’t use the Unofficial Code Patch, this will work. If you like 5x, this makes only one actual change, and it will work. If you think 5x is terrible, this will work just fine without it.
