[OBSOLETE] Custom Race Cheat To The Stars v 1.03

– A lot more customization.
– Added some perk levels.
– Hid most of the complex perks that you can make from the simple ones (the non-custom races still use them, so don’t worry).
– I rethought how my mod should work thanks to Spud Dastardly’s mod. It’s an overhaul that looks very promising (considering the modabiliti of MoO in general). P.S. Due to added perk level I don’t know if race customisation will fit well into less that 1920×1080.
