Alternate D6’s[Rep/Rep+]

All the D6’s are quality 4’s, but I would consider some to be Quality 5 tier.
Ever think it was weird that only Isaac and The Lost have iconic D6 items, me neither, but I made this mod anyway.
This mod adds unique D6 items for every character except Isaac and The Lost, Each following the characters general theme.
—- Jacobs’ D6 —-
Rerolls all non-story pedestal items into random owned passives; 20% chance to backfire by deleting pedestals and removing passives.
—- Maggy’s D6 —-
Rerolls items using your hearts; different heart types reroll to different pools; fallback to normal reroll if low health.
—- Cain’s D6 —-
Use pickups to raise reroll quality up to +4; fallback to normal reroll if no pickups used.
—- Judas’ D6 —-
Permanently increases damage; rerolls items at -1 quality; requires pedestals present.
—- Blue Baby’s D6 —-
Rerolls pedestals to extreme qualities: 30% chance for Quality 0 or 4, else Quality 1 or 3; never Quality 2.
—- Eve’s D6 —-
40% chance to reroll pedestals to Devil Room items; otherwise destroys all pedestals.
—- Samson’s D6 —-
Rerolls pedestals, increasing min quality by 1 (max 4); spawns 3 random encountered enemies.
—- Bethany’s D6 —-
40% chance to reroll pedestals to Angel Room items; otherwise destroys all pedestals.
—- Azazel’s D6 —-
Rerolls into Devil, Angel, and Secret pools; causes damage or stat downs; can kill player.
—- Lazarus’ D6 —-
Rerolls pedestals to Quality 3+ items; kills player on use; 1st use revives with half heart; revive chance drops each use.
—- Lilith’s D6 —-
Rerolls pedestals into random baby items from any pool.
—- Keeper’s D6 —-
Rerolls pedestals; costs 10 coins to use.
—- Apollyon’s D6 —-
Acts like normal D6; 20% chance to Void all pedestals and respawn Quality ≤2 items in their place.

Uses any custom D6 or Isaac’s/ The Lost’s D6 at random.
—- The Forgotten’s D6 —-
Rerolls pedestal items into multiple Quality 0 items based on original quality
