Friendly Non-Aggression Pacts
Re-upload cause it is too good to leave in the oblivion (original mod https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198031032426).
Allows for non-aggression pacts to be made with players and independent ai rulers who have an opinion of at least 75 of you.
Not ironman compatible (ty Lokankedorara, Senorad ku Aleia).
Shouldn’t need to be updated unless they change how non-aggression pacts or friendships work.
If anyone want’s to add localisations, drop a comment about it we can work it out.
