Description:

Immerse yourself in the unforgiving realism of the Afghanistan War with Operation Lythium: Enduring Freedom, a meticulously crafted Arma 3 scenario. Set on the vast and detailed Lythium (20.5km x 20.5km) map, this mission delivers an authentic counter-insurgency (COIN) experience, focusing on dynamic conflict, deep AI interaction, and a living, breathing environment.

Key Features:

Dynamic, Persistent Conflict: Experience a battleground that evolves with every decision. Powered by MCC 4 (Multi-purpose Combat Command) and its advanced GAIA AI system, enemy and friendly forces are dynamically spawned, cached, and commanded across the entire map, ensuring optimal performance without sacrificing scale.

Vast & Detailed Environment: Engage in intense firefights across Lythium’s diverse terrain:

Navigate narrow alleys and bustling markets in two major cities.

Patrol sprawling farmlands and winding paths through a long central valley.

Conduct daring operations in unforgiving rugged mountains.

Realistic Force Composition:

BLUFOR (US/Coalition & ANSF): Command or fight alongside approximately 150-250 active combat personnel.

US Army & Marine Corps: Engage in combined arms operations, from light infantry patrols and air assault missions to mechanized sweeps and specialized direct action raids (including elements of Delta Force / CAG).

Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF): Witness a layered defense with the Afghan National Army (ANA) as the primary combat force and the Afghan National Police (ANP) maintaining law and order in population centers and outer areas. Expect a mix of foot and motorized patrols adapting to terrain and threat.

OPFOR (Insurgent Forces): Face a determined and adaptive enemy of 200-350 active personnel.

Taliban: The primary insurgent force, employing guerrilla tactics, ambushes, and IEDs across the map, with concentrations in villages and strategic terrain.

ISIS-K (ISKP): A smaller, more brutal, and ideologically extreme faction (set in 2015+ timeline) primarily operating from the Northern City and remote Northern/Northeastern mountains, known for high-impact, indiscriminate attacks and a fierce rivalry with the Taliban.

Living World: Interact with a dynamic civilian population of 200-500+ active civilian personnel, who react realistically to combat, impacting the "Hearts and Minds" of the region. Their presence adds a critical layer to the COIN experience.

Seamless Caching: Units are seamlessly cached and un-cached, integrating them fully into our intelligent AI management for smooth gameplay.
