Description:
Reform Enactment Rework

Are you tired of having to depend on luck to enact your laws? Do you hate when laws can’t pass despite overwhelming support? Would you like your legislature to not work like EU4 siege?

This mod fixes that, by leaving everything to voting (same system as BPM), without any dice rolls involved.

It aims to remove RNG from reform enactment, and make it overall less frustrating, while still retaining the vanilla-like feel.

How it works

When enacting a law, voting takes place after a single enactment cycle. If the law gets over 50% of the vote, and is not vetoed by the ruler, the reform is passed. Otherwise it gets a setback. You can use sways to bribe IGs to vote in favour of reforms.

This mod is based on BPM Lite Lite , which is based on BPM 2.4. It doesn’t include anything else from BPM other than the law voting system and its sways.

The mod is not very balanced yet, I would appreciate any suggestions regarding balance

Updated 18.10:
– Updated to game version 1.11
– fixed IG support not being displayed
– rebalanced some sways
– amount of sway manouvers is now equal to authority at enactment start divided by 5

Updated 19.10:
– Added a lot of new sways
– IG law support is now dependant on how happy the IG is. This brings a lot of new fun possible strategies (like enacting something an IG likes to make them happy in order for them to vote for the reform you want) and makes IG happiness feel more meaningful
