Residental building 111-97 (Chelyabinsk mod.)
Dear friends, hello. I present to your attention the serial design type 111-97 of the early Chelyabinsk modification, which was built from the beginning of the 80s to the end of the 90s. The series is popular among the Urals and Siberia, which will be able to emphasize the provinciality of your cities, as well as diversify their architectural side. The package includes 6 buildings, 2 of them are more modification options for the same buildings, but with balconies. Of course, the 97 series is very wide and has a lot of options, you can’t imagine all of them in one mod at once. The plans for the 97 series at the moment will include: a small-family, a classic Novosibirsk version, a later version of the Chelyabinsk modification (10 floors, a different type of attic and balcony panels, etc.), as well as skins for this mod; I will try to implement the buildings soon.
