More Max Recruit

If you can get 100 people to the city square, you can make them all visit your sect (or hellgate)
It lets you recruit up to the max of 100 people in cities
Gone are the days of cycling through a lot of cities every 24 in game hours. Just make sure your sect has enough hellgates.
This is compatible with the great mod Agency Fast Recruitment by Orange Boy, I recommend both if you want to waste less time on recruiting people on mass.
