Nuclear Submarine
Unit description:
– Shoots four rockets when sufraced, when underwater, attacks units with torpedoes
– Can launch mini-nukes (when sufraced)
– When heavily dameged, radiates and deals damage to surrounding units
– Drops nuke after death

I changed price and max hp of the unit.
The black version is no longer avaible, but all files and textures are in mod folder.
I did this, because grey version looks better and having two same units is weird, but I know some people like the other version more, so I left all files for people to mod black version if they want
