Remake the "respec in console" module

Alt+~ opens the command line.

• respec.show_heroes Displays a list of active heroes. text can be seen in the left-bottom corner of the game
• respec.hero+"space"+"name/@number" Resets all
• respec.attributes+"space"+"name/@number" Resets hero attribute points
• respec.focuses+"space"+"name/@number" Resets hero focus points
• respec.perks+"space"+"name/@number" Resets hero perks
