Restore Carolingian Borders Culture Fix
Description
This mod changes French culture in "Restore Carolingian borders" decision to your ruler’s culture.
Now your culture discovers Heraldry, Knighthood and Royal Prerogative. (as by default)
The culture still has to have Frankish heritage. Other requirements remain unchanged.
Compatibility
It only changes "Restore Carolingian borders" aftereffects, so should be compatible with every mod.
Game version 1.16.2.3
Safe to install midgame.
Should work for all languages but let me know if it doesn’t.
