Retinue Buff
This minmod Buffs Retinues.
It doesn’t effect their combat effectiveness but it makes them much more viable.
The changes are as follows:
1. The retinue cap for military organization has been changed from a +150% change to +200% per level of tech.
At Military Organization VIII this will bring a +1600% increase in retinue(from the original 1200%).
So at the beginning of the game retinue still will be rare, while late game the opposite will be true.
2. Istead of taking 40 months to replenish a retinue unit it will now take 8
3. Reinforce cost has been reduced by half.
I like to believe that I balanced all this well, I will hope that you will agree.

Update:
I am truly sorry to anyone this may irk, but I feel that before the 2000% increase was too much.
As in later start dates (As early as the 1200s) things start to get really crazy and a little bit laggy as every other count can reasily get a decent retinue going.
I hope you all feel this change was a good one.
Update:
I have returned constant and hiring cost to their original value as the altered values were so small anyway, so I just took them out. I have also changed the reinforce cost to be half. I felt that I had made retinue too cheap and their cost could be ignored, so I changed it.
This is very likely the end to all changes for this mod.
