Speed Bus
This is an older build that I updated for Scrapman to show this could be easily accomplished with current logic blocks. All logic responsible for detonation is colored red and underneath the bus.
A detailed recreation of the bus from the 1994 movie "Speed". Just like the movie, a bomb will activate once you reach 50mph/80kph. The bomb will explode if you drop below 50mph/80kph once it is activated. How long can you survive?
