Description:

The 917 K was the 1970 evolution of one of the most successful racing cars of that decade.
For the first time, Porsche won the overall victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970 with starting number #23 and drivers Richard Attwood and Hans Herrmann.
The engine was an air-cooled 4,907 liter 12 cylinder, 180° V-angle, double overhead camshaft with two valves per cylinder, Bosch mechanical injection, dry sump lubrication, maximum power 600 hp at 8,300 rpm. With a weight about 800kg, this meant that speeds of around 360kph (~223mph) were possible.

Notes: colour scheme was inspired by the famous “Gulf” livery. The top speed is not limited and it is possible to exceed 860kph in the test zone map

Der 917 K war die 1970er Evolutionsstufe eines der erfolgreichsten Rennwagen dieses Jahrzehnts.
Erstmals konnte Porsche 1970 mit der Startnummer #23 und den Fahrern Richard Attwood und Hans Herrmann den Gesamtsieg beim 24-Stunden-Rennen von Le Mans gewinnen.
Der Motor war ein luftgekühlter 4.907 Liter 12 Zylinder, 180° V-Winkel, doppelte obenliegende Nockenwelle mit zwei Ventilen pro Zylinder, mechanische Einspritzung von Bosch, Trockensumpfschmierung, maximale Leistung 600 PS bei 8.300 U/min. Damit waren bei ca. 800kg Gewicht Geschwindigkeiten um 360km/h möglich.

Notiz: Das Farbschema wurde der bekannten „Gulf“ Lackierung nachempfunden.
Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist nicht limitiert und über 860km/h in der Test Zone Map möglich.
