This fantastic scenario covers the period of the Byzantine-Arab Wars that occurred during the early 8th century AD. The mod features a full import of all units from the AoC expansion pack into an awesome grand campaign scenario beginning in the year AD 711 – during the Saracen Caliphate’s assault on on Byzantium in the east, and the Spanish and Franks in the West. Lombards rule in Italy, while pagan Saxons and Slavs occupy the provinces of Germania. in Eastern Europe, the Avars migrate westwards. In Britannia, Anglo-Saxon kingdoms are under threat of war between each other and from invasion by Celts and Vikings.

– Imported all units from the Age of Charlemagne expansion pack into the Grand Campaign
– Command the wreckage of the Roman Empire as the Emperor Justinian II in its fight for survival against Saracen invasion.
