High Culture Rework
A rework of the High cultural trait. High units suffered for having the only activated trait among cultures and its a trait that can only be applied to a few unit types. This mod seeks to fix that giving an inherent way to trigger Awakened status and can now be applied to any type.
All High units now gain "Whenever this unit takes damage, it gains a stack of Dormant. At 3 stacks, it loses all Dormant and becomes Awakened until end of combat and heals 20 temporary hit points. This effect can trigger only once each combat.
I had to tweak the Sun Priests and Awaken Inner Radiance as well to better fit the new trait, but everything else is so far untouched. I’m going to work on updating Alignment Agenda next week.

Update 4/12: Added multiple unit types to Dormant Enchantment, Put a 1 turn cooldown on guiding light, and Awakener now grants 3 stacks of Dormant, but can only use once per battle.
Update 8/22: Added champion rank bonuses to Support and Battlemage. Reduced healing from becoming Awakened to 10 to keep it more in line with Oathsworn.
