Zaes (406Ra)
406Ra is the most numerous Zaes type tank wagon for hauling petroleum products built by Fabryka Wagonów Świdnica. The wagon was designed with experience from developing tank wagons for Iraq and was intended to replace low capacity 230R and 29R wagons. During the production run, the wagon’s frame and tank bottoms were redesigned. 406R’s frame was used as standard for other wagons produced in Świdnica.
