Description:
Disclaimer: This mod was balanced around the intent of having a harder game economy involved where prices by default are typically much higher than that of vanilla. Whilst the hardcore/enhanced economy mods in the required section are not necessary per-say, it is highly recommended you download them along side this mod. Thanks.

Function of this mod

Hungry bandits, the rebel outlaws patrolling UC territory, dust bandits, starving vagrants and even ex slaves will have the chance to possess just enough money (when specifically interacting with shops) to buy a morsel of food or two, anywhere between 0 – 850 cats at random and leader figures in their respective groups/factions have more money, between 200 – 1200 as I figure there is a logical lore reason they are in charge. All of the effected characters get small (150-300) wages every 24 hours, if they decide to stick around the location they may buy something.

How I imagine it will effect your gameplay

Recently I started a game where I quickly settled a small fishing village out in the middle of shem, the occasional drifter or nomad would stop by, buying some fish and then moving on.

I noticed when a bandit that didnt want to rip my face off visited my fish shop, they had no money to buy food, although I wish they did as every cat can count in the early game. Initially I was like, duh, thats why they are a hungry bandits! Upon further consideration however, what if they were to have ripped someones face off before coming to my town? What if that imaginary faceless victim of theirs had enough money for that bandits next meal and my fishing hobble was the first outpost they stumbled across? Crime could very well pay after all.

This mod aims to remedy this situation where bandits may find your shop but not attack you instantly. I’ve also noticed (need to do more research) hungry bandits/vagrants tend to be less hostile whilst they are gaining hunger as opposed to losing it, perhaps the bandits would rather buy your food than beat you up for it?

Maybe that slave swiped their masters coin purse before dashing into the night, or that bandit robbed someone before visiting your shop.
This mod might also assist in making a bandit-friendly playthrough more viable. This is my first mod, feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
