LotR: Invite Surface Dwarves
A lot of lands on the surface are inhabited by Dwarves that know little of surface life. Especially if you colonize the surface with your subterranean Dwarves subjects. This mod introduce a decision to invite surface Dwarves to help your subjects and change the cultures of these lands.
– A decision to allow all good and neutral people, mostly for Dwarves, to change the cultures of surface lands inhabited by Dwarves that has no surface dwellers tradition to either Iron Hills Longbeard or Axes of Nargubraz based on your choice.

After LotR main mod, and above most other submods to avoid conflicts, if they occur.
I made the mod on Beta , but I assume it will work fine on the main version. If not, let me know.
I hope LotR team could introduce a mechanic to select the culture of colonizers, but before that, I will keep my dwarf realm happy by this. In case you don’t know, most surface buildings and holdings are locked for non surface Dwarves. It is only logical rulers of Dwarves with these subjects would introduce the skilled Dwarves to help them.
