Han Character Hoarding Nerf
This mod removes the bonuses to character satisfaction and salary that the han empire get as well as enable spying on the han empire. This gives control of the player to find desirable characters in their court and remove them using spy actions and creating turncoats.
In addition, at the start han empire characters have -5 satisfaction and after 10 turns this increases to -50 satisfaction. This will help to remove existing characters from the han empire through desertion or through player intervention through turning these charters into turncoats.
