Fix for Prisoners of War Mod
This mod resolves council member assignment issues in the Prisoners of War mod.
Problem:
The potential councillors interface was missing the assignment button, making it impossible to add characters to the council. The interface also had adaptation issues with the game window.
Fixes:
- Restored councillor assignment button
- Adapted interface to game window
- Several minor fixes
