Create title list per tier
This is a simple mod I’ve developed for my own interest, since, when playing with huge empires, I always struggle in finding higher tier titles that can be created.
For this reason, I’ve replaced the single "Titles can be Created" action with three that filter the list with one tier each (duchy, kingdom, empire, hegemony). I haven’t changed, however, the Usurp titles action.
This mod shoud be compatible with every other mod that don’t interferes with the title creation important action and should work for every version of the game, since it’s so minimal.
