No More Tax Waste, aka Shut Up and Give Back My ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Money
What this Mod does:
In the vanilla game, "tax waste" will directly make part of the Tax vanish. This Mod will refund these uncollected Taxes to the Pops.
Basically, it is similar to the two Mods Reduce the wealth destroyed by insufficient tax capacity and insufficient administrative capacity and Fix bug of insufficient tax capacity in the Workshop.
Difference:
1) My mod is adapted to version 1.9.x;
2) I changed all the Tax Waste in the vanilla game to refund the uncollected taxes.
