• Changed the maximum potential expectation of all minor factions to be the same as the major faction.
• Fixed a faction potential db overflow bug.
• Potential-based buffs added: Province income, Family background income, Army limits, Construction time, Corruption, Replenishment rate, Unit experience, Redeployment Cost
• Potential value results diplomatic penalty up to -12. Player can guess the faction potential.

-Increase difficulty with enhanced AI

• Skip the early phase of the AI and start with the Mid phase (the AI will be aggressive from the start).
• Minor factions have the same AI personality as major factions.
• Increased attack priority for nearby territories and forces.
• Increased overall expansion preferences for AI.
• As time goes by, AI becomes more aggressive.
• AI Use budget more efficiently.
• AI Liu Bei Confederation event conditions have been changed to 50 and 80 turns.

• The powerful Yuan Shao is back. Increased desire to vassalise.
• Fixed some weird AI’s self-destructive treaty.
• Changed attitude value to prevent every AI factions promote friendship.
• AI try to form a greater alliance against the player.
• AI is even more hostile to close factions.
