The New Jersey Total Conversion Mod
Play as any of the 564 different municipalities within the US state of New Jersey. Conquer your neighbors to consolidate into a respective county, or restore the borders of some of the state’s earliest defunct townships. Play as any of the 29 pre-consolidation historical townships of Philadelphia County and fight to unite the city, or as any of the earliest colonial towns and villages of New York City to form one of the Five Boroughs and even Greater New York City. A starting bookmark option also allows you to start the game with all municipalities consolidated into their respective counties.
Nova Caesarea includes:
Total map overhaul, including around 2500 provinces
45 great projects representing various monuments and natural features of New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York City
Around 600 different playable countries, ranging from modern to historical municipalities
16 new religions representing the historic settler groups of the region
Simple mission trees, with most by default including claims to historic borders of current and defunct municipalities
Custom ages and abilities
3 new trade goods and terrains

This is my first mod for EU4 and development was done entirely myself. Most of the work went into making the mod function, and as such there is definite areas where flavor and other things like guided gameplay are lacking.
