LoTR – Saurons Faction

I also dont know too much on lord of the rings so if you feel like something is inaccurate, please tell me, i tried my best to make them lore accurate.
So, how does Saurons faction work?
Every 12 turns you’ll Receive 1 Nazgul up to 8 since you start with Witch King.
Your Nazguls can switch between being on foot to being horseback or to be on their black wings, which means they’re busted.
Additionally, you start next to Isengard, they won’t really do anything and you won’t be able to access their units until you form the alliance for 2000 gold, doing so will unlock their units and allow you to use Saruman as a commander. It’ll also unlock an ability to build Uruk Fortress’s, strongholds that pump out semistupid Patrolling Uruks periodically and also opens up for Uruk Recruiters that will sit there for a random amount of time before converting to an independant army, fighting on your behalf.
Keep in mind that This faction doesn’t really have that many rituals yet, nor is this faction balanced. Kinda hard to balance a faction with so many immortal commanders anyways.
