All credit to CodeOptimist, this is just a temporary patched version.
This seems less required with 1.6 fixes around opportunistic hauling, but this is still more aggressive.

Rebuilt from decompiled source, due to github of original mod being out of date.
All of my changes are released under cc0 (public domain) / agpl-3.0 at your choice.
The original mod’s license is unknown due to not having years of updates published (old versions are agpl-3.0).

Q: This causes my pawns to lock up standing! / I have errors when picking things up!
A: My understanding is that the idle pawns is caused by 10 jobs in 1 tick, which this mod exaggerates but doesn’t directly cause; unfortunately i just don’t think there is a simple solution when running large modpacks.
A substantial rewrite could probably help reduce the issues, and possibly debug them when they do occur, but that’s not in the remit for a quick 1.6 patch (along with other stuff like threading considerations).
