Runic Tablet

This mod adds a new item to the Shop and Curse Room pool: The Runic Tablet. Runic Tablet spawns a random rune when picked up, increases the chance of runes appearing as room-clear rewards, and it adds an extra effect to every Rune and Soul Stone.
This mod features additional effects for all 27 Runes and Soul Stones. While External Item Descriptions is heavily recommended, there is additional documentation for the rune buffs in this spreadsheet[docs.google.com].
As of now, there are no custom effects for any modded Rune/Soul Stone, but it is coded to activate the regular effect twice when Runic Tablet is held.
