V – Core Water Extractor

The Core Water Extractor is a new Building, under the Terraforming Building category, that drains the planet of its global water reserve. It doesnt require a deposits and has an output of 100 Water, but also decreases global Water by ~1% each day.
The Maintenance is little higher to compensate all the Water Extractors you won’t need anymore.
