No Peasant Blackmail
If John Pigson of the Company of the Unwashed Hoglords walked into the imperial palace and tried to threaten the emperor with blackmail, he would either be laughed at or immediately killed, and even if he tried to reveal whatever secret he knows, he wouldn’t be taken seriously.
And so, this mod prevents filthy peasants (especially adventurers and mercenaries) from spamming you with blackmail.
Basically, it requires characters to:
1. Be landed
2. NOT have the Adventurer, Mercenary, or Holy Order government type
in order to be able to send a blackmail attempt. This prevents the endless blackmail spam from these character types, who seemingly always have their spymaster set to find secrets.
