Description:

Makes certain major rivers unpassable lake provinces with straits representing historical strategic chokepoints. Note that these rivers are not navigable.

Current meme rivers: Rhine, Danube, Dnieper, Volga

Nile, Amazon, etc. are not changed because they didn’t play a large military role in history.
Asian rivers are not added because I cba.
