Grand Valley Speedway, the original track of Gran Turismo that has been a series mainstay from the first game. It is a fictional course known for its combination of fast corners paired with slow corners and undulating parts, combined with a stunning backdrop of cliffs and lakes. Portions of the track goes under the tunnels as well, in addition to the iconic blue bridge straight, the track’s most picturesque signature. This course is home to the circuit’s own endurance race, the Grand Valley 300km, held annually on the full Speedway configuration, which has seen various race cars challenging the 60-lap length joust around the mountainous race track.
The Speedway circuit offers the full Grand Valley experience, with a length of 4.94 km (3.07 miles) and 17 turns. Drivers will go through the fast S section that leads to the hairpin and continues to the lake portion of the track where they will face the first of three tunnels. The second tunnel goes downhill and leads to the blue bridge and later the third tunnel section, being a fast right hander, before coming to the chicane, and eventually the final right corner.
