Balkanised Universalis
This mod makes all releasable nations, and a few other tags playable in 1444.
I have removed all alliances, the HRE is gone, all subjects are free.
I removed all missions. They can be added back by editing the descriptor in the modfiles. Remove the line: replace_path="missions". However, the standard missions may break, glitch or be buggy. I will not fix this.
Since the Mandate of Heaven breaks, I adapted the Celestial Empire reform into the Chinese Imperial Administration, so the Warlords can unite China and become Empire rank.
Along with that I have created Wessex, Mercia, Scania, Turov and Greater Poland. The first 4 of which have unique ideas. (Greater Poland has Polish ideas). Turov has the most interesting playstyle of the four, in my opinion. These were added primarily to nerf England, Denmark, Poland and Lithuania, who would otherwise often overpower their smaller neighbours.
I do not know about compatibility or DLC requirements, sorry. Although I imagine any graphical or UI mod should work
