Zhao Yun’s Elemental Vigour Pre-patch Conditions
Changed Elemental Vigour’s activation condition from "stronger enemy" to "not routing" which will make the skill activate the same way it activated pre 1.1.0 patch.
The patch nerfed Elemental Vigour in three aspects: Bonuses, Time per phase, and conditions.
The bonus to melee evasion got halved which I think is a good solution to going over 100%. The time per phase got increased which I think is also pretty reasonable. However, the patch added another condition for the skill to activate and it basically requires the enemy army to be stronger than your army.
This part of the nerf pretty much makes Elemental Vigour non-existent 90% of the time because you will rarely see it activate as we all tend to put our best generals in our best stack which rarely faces a better enemy stack. This mod fixes this problem by simply reverting the conditions while not touching the other two nerfs.

Save compatible.
This mod simply changes one value from the "special_ability_to_auto_deactivate_flags_tables" table so it will be compatible with mods that don’t edit that specific table.
If there are experienced modders out there who can make a better and more compatible version of this mod then please do so.
