MI-24D Czech and Soviet
Mi-24D (nicknamed "Crocodile", according to the NATO classification — "Hind-D") is a Soviet attack helicopter, an intermediate version between the Mi-24A and Mi-24V. It was developed in the late 1960s. The first flight of the prototype took place in the first half of the 1970s, and production began in 1973. On March 29, 1976, the helicopter was officially put into service.
