Main Feature
– We wanted the player to have fun while growing the character, so we lowered the expeditious rate of territorial expansion.
– And the income and food of each city increased compared to vanilla. This can compensate for slower territory expansion rates. However, managing the city has become more difficult because it has not only increased the city’s food and income, but also changed the construction and maintenance costs.
– in addition, the infantry balance was modified so we expect more diverse aspects of combat pattern.
-On vanilla, the profit structure diversified to agriculture, industry and commerce was not work properly. In order to prevent most cities from being uniformed, we have changed technology and the function of buildings is clearly distinguished.
Detailed Change Log
Technology, Building, and Cities.
= Agriculture building provides more food, but profits are reduced.
= Industrial buildings provide a higher base money, but additional modifier has been reduced.
= Commercial buildings provide low base money, but additional modifier have increased. (actually, we are still in fine tuning)
= The high city level only reduced the public order and had no particular advantage. Instead, we provided a definite bonus to the city level and population, giving players the incentive to build a high-level city.
= Prestige requirement to progress faction has been modified. Especially, the prestige demand to become an emperor has increased tremendously.
= The garrison in each region became stronger. Before that, it was simply possible to occupy with AR, but now you should bear considerable damage by AR.
= A severe penalty is given if the public order is lower than -50.
= Colonizing cost reduced 50%
= Each AI faction has 1 more trade agreement
= Can recruit other faction’s special units when you have specific province
= Above 7 level city provide 1 governor slot
Character
= Character level limit up to 20, 5 elements stat limits up to 300, and give various stat bonuses.
= Skill tree have been changed. And more skill points.
= Now the each skill has been subdivided into different levels(some skill level goes up to 5). And different effects are given depending on the skill level.
= Stat requirement for recovery up to 150, 100 from vanilla
= Unique generals can recruit their original faction’s special units even serve in other faction (his force own)
= More units available. ex) sentinel can recruit wood unit when specific condition attained
= More bonus on unique character background
= A character’s salary and satisfaction is vary on his level.
Battle
= Higher dual accept probability.
= Unit rebalance
* High tier units are more stronger than low tier units
* Sword, axe infantry can overwhelm to wood infantry, but still weak vs cavalry
* Cavalry move 10% faster.
Ancillary
= Unique accessary and follower affect its faction when equipped on minister.
= Unnecessary ministerial effect replaced to governor or force.
= Some Unique weapon and armor limits up to 200.
