Ezra’s Tall Buildings
This mod will add some powerful buildings to the diplomatic quarter since you can only ever have one. They each give 25 to the appropriate yield, meaning a small country can quickly rush ahead or stay relevant by building a diplomatic quarter. It is also biased towards diplomatic or cultural victory since small empires tend to skew that way. The bank gives additional 2 influence points and festival grounds give 5 amenity to represent bank loans being used to leverage city states, and the fun people have from festivals.
