Adds a new character, 91 cards, 6 relics, 3 events (including a special encounter and the event boss, Yuuka) and brilliant attack effects.
More events, relics, and enemies are planned.
24/09 Update: Added a new event with a mini DANMAKU game. Now you can play a real STG game in STS.

Just like what she does in TH04 PC-98 game, Gengetsu thrives the longer the fight goes—she layers defenses through illusions and dreams, then ends it with brilliant DANMAKU. If enemies still drags the battle into “overtime”, she can unleash "Rage Attack" to finish the fight in a hail of bullets.

A key resource. When it reaches 10, it automatically triggers a reward, adding Lucid Dreams / Chaotic Dreams to your hand.

Fuel for BOMB cards or to enhance certain effects; stores up to 10.

Try not to let this reach 13 on yourself—or find ways to transfer it to enemies.

These use the Stackable mechanic. Multiple copies “stack”: the card’s upgrade count represents the size of the stack. When played, if upgraded, it adds a copy with one fewer upgrade to your hand.

Cards with Ethereal: if they remain in hand at end of turn, they are Exhausted. On play, they grant Dream Fragments; when Exhausted, they reduce Dream Fragments.

Powerful attacks that generally require Power Item to play. In combat, you can only hold one BOMB of the same name—duplicates merge into a single card. These cards also cannot be played by effects that create copies.

A card that recreates the shoot-’em-up rage pattern idea. When played, it Exhausts all Attack cards and scales damage/hit count by the total upgrades on those Exhautsed Attacks. As a last-ditch finisher, its total damage can easily climb into the hundreds.

You can meet Yuuka (Kazami) only through events in The City and The Beyond. As Gengetsu’s old acquaintance, she’s extremely powerful and periodically unleashes the high-damage Double Fantasy Spark. In this fight, quickly stock up on Power Item to clash with her Spark
(when she fires Spark, if you have Power, you automatically expend all of it to retaliate and negate—possibly reflect—her damage, leading to a Spark-vs-Spark moment).
Yuuka also summons dangerous Sunflowers (attacking them tends to anger the mistress of the flower fields), and shuffles special Status cards into your deck (which might not be entirely bad…).

This is my first mod. I can’t quite remember when the idea took hold, and I often asked myself why I chose to do everything by myself—design, code, art—but perhaps it’s something called love that carried me here.
From kickoff in February to today, I’ve spent about 500 hours on this project. Learning Java from scratch was tough—some days I stared at code for eight hours to squash a single bug—but every new effect coming to life made the effort worth it.
