Description:

ℹ️ Slightly modified version of gm_justcity by Nanibay.
🔨 Combine spawning feature is added near spawn ‒ 1ˢᵗ image.
🔨 Another separate combine spawning feature added in the courtyard ‒ 2ⁿᵈ image.
🚦 Switch ON/OFF combine spawning via the red and green buttons on the signs.
🗺️ Map name: "gm_justcity_d".
❕ "NPC cleanup" addon recommended, because ragdolls can pile up really fast!
