Description:

Add More Dynamic Province Names for Yan Culture. Including the whole of Haless(North Haless, Forbidden Plains, Triunic and The Ogrish Valley are also have dynamic province names) and East Serpentspine(Jade Mines and Tree of Stone).
Under development: Differences between the three Yan dialects-Jiangyanghua(Mandarin), Gangimhua(Hokkien) and Jyutwaa(Cantonese). Each dialect will have Dynamic Province Names different from other dialects.
