ARMED RIOT 3
This is the updated version of ARMED RIOT which brings 362 changes to and mod that already had 3400 changes.
This mod removes predictable outcomes in the ARMED RIOT 2, fixes bugs, dialogues, spawning issues, many other things. Adds total mayhem and chaos to an already chaotic scene- improves chances in some ways but adds new risks with more random chaos than ever before.
This mod is 10x better than ARMED RIOT 2. The mod now totals almost 4000 changes and 700 hours of work.
About 200 new faction NPCs have been added to Hub that you can interact with for rewards, recruits, and sometimes penalties with 12 roaming new faction NPCs total about 115 new faction NPCs roaming Border Zone in 12 different squads- these populations have self destruct tendencies. As time goes on they become less.
A jail and police force has been added to Hub with different Gangs co existing there but tensions run high.
