The Northern Horse Resources reduces the upkeep and recuperation cost of cavalry throughout the fraction. if you own all the Northern Horse resources and If upgrade all the buildings, you will receive upkeep and recourse cost discounts of 80%!
It’s also possible to produce and maintain cavalry free of charge when combined with other buffs, Such as Dong Zhuo or Cao Cao’s faction’s. That’s ridiculous!
So I’ve lowered this rate to 15 percent. Of course, it’s still powerful, now you can’t produce or maintain cavalry for free as before. 🙂
