Most weapons now shared between Black Ops and Undercover.

Added some armor for Nowheraki troopers, mostly for militia.

IMPORTANT!
This mod no longer expands doctrine levels. I’ve made Expanded Doctrine Levels & Unlocked Battle Honors separate standalone mod.
