The Mutants are heroes from a different universe, pulled to the Hamlet through Eldritch means. It’s unknown how it happened; however there are rumors the Occultist left a certain totem in the Reliquary and the Caretaker unknowingly activated it when praying.
The Mutants are formidable heroes, having mastered the skills of ninjas past. They are able to maneuver the battlefield, and turn the tide in their favor. They attack from the shadows, are adept in precise attacks, and occasionally break the tension with some boisterous celebration.
"Born of an unnatural incident, raised by a talking rat, and often nicknamed after famous painters, the Mutants delivered vigilante justice to the streets of a vast, bustling city. In their universe they fought gangs, aliens, and monsters, but their greatest foe was the "Shredder," an evil warrior who led a ninja gang called the Foot Clan. It’s rumored these Foot Clan have followed the Mutants, but their whereabouts are unknown."

- They are not religious, though they have a zealousness about ‘pizza.’
- Rewritten dialogue that reflects their personalities in combat and camping.
