As you know, in vanilla only Strategist can recruit Archers when you unlock Private Tutors on reform tree.

if you subscribe this mod.

Anyone of your characters is able to recruit Archers(Needless to say, recruiting Archers, you need to unlock Private Tutors).

This mode is really simple. That is the only change.

So the rest part of game is all the same as vanilla.
